Why change

Your temp labor spend is the one major expense nobody actually controls

Most multi-site companies running contingent labor have no system holding it together. The cost is not fraud. It is fragmentation.

Running temp labor without a system

  • ×10 to 25 staffing agencies billing at different rates, on different schedules, to no common standard
  • ×HR and operations leaders spending hours each week chasing paperwork and reconciling invoices
  • ×No real number for Finance to put in a budget, and no way to see the actual markup
  • ×No way to tell which agency performs and which one does not
  • ×Compliance tracked by hand, worker by worker, site by site

One platform, one point of accountability

  • +Every requisition, worker, invoice, bill rate, and compliance document in one place, in real time
  • +Inverted invoicing: the system generates invoices from approved timesheets, which eliminates rate creep and invoice disputes
  • +Rate cards with hard caps that block over-rate submissions before they happen
  • +Supplier scorecards on fill rate, time-to-fill, compliance accuracy, and invoice accuracy
  • +A fee model where SourceNow earns from suppliers, so it is incentivized to drive their performance and your cost efficiency

The full contingent workforce lifecycle in one system

Built in-house on a proprietary cloud platform. Not white-labeled, not outsourced, no limits on users, suppliers, or transaction volume.

Choose a plan

You pay nothing. Here is how that works.

SourceNow is 100% supplier-funded. The platform fee, typically 2 to 3%, is retained from staffing agency invoices. Bill rates are typically renegotiated downward as part of implementation, so most programs see a net reduction in total contingent labor spend within the first year.

Common questions

The questions every buyer asks

How much does SourceNow cost?+

Nothing to you. SourceNow operates on a vendor-funded model. Our fee, typically 2 to 3%, is retained from staffing agency invoices. You pay no software license, no implementation fee, no integration fee, and no ongoing support fee. In most programs, clients see a net reduction in total contingent labor spend within the first year, even after the agency fee is factored in.

The agencies pay for it? Won't they just raise my rates?+

The fee comes out of the existing margin agencies earn on your bill rates. It does not get added on top. We typically renegotiate your bill rates downward as part of implementation, so the net effect is lower total spend even after the agency fee is accounted for. The agencies that push back on this model are almost always the ones that do not want visibility into what they are charging you.

Is there a minimum spend or volume requirement?+

No minimums. We work with companies running 50 concurrent workers and $10M in annual contingent spend up through $1B programs. The model scales in both directions.

Is there a long-term contract?+

No long-term contract is required. Most clients stay because the program delivers value, not because they are locked in.

Are integrations included or do they cost extra?+

All integrations are included at no additional cost. That covers design, build, testing, and ongoing maintenance, including Workday, UKG, Paylocity, ADP, Bullhorn, Oracle, QuickBooks, Power BI, and Tableau. The only exception would be highly customized middleware outside standard API development.

How long does implementation take?+

Standard implementation is 8 to 12 weeks. For companies with active participation and limited initial integrations, we can accelerate to go-live in 4 to 8 weeks. We have done it in four weeks for straightforward programs.
